Bader has found fulfillment in her career by helping others. “My aim is to make residents happy,” she says of her work with the residents she serves in Chicago, IL. Experience as an Engage Life Program Instructor has taught her that her work with older adults doesn’t end with outings or simply planning events. Oftentimes, it needs to go deeper. “Sometimes, residents need a little extra push to come out of their rooms. But, once they are in the activities and stay involved, they enjoy it.”
